Targets and KPIs – Section 1
In this video, we will go through the very basic nature of Key Performance Indicators or KPIs. We will see the difference between the types of indicators, as well as what makes a good Control Panel. We will talk about data and information, and what makes a good indicator stand out. We will suggest ways of configuring the Control Panel for your area and for your organization as a whole. We will also talk about the data you may obtain from some systems, and in what cases it’s not usable for your KPIs. Finally, we will suggest some KPIs based on the traditional conception of an LSP. We will suggest a few ideas for the different areas.
